“Signing the Women in Finance Charter is about making sure more of those female change-makers and rule-breakers progress through their careers, that they have real mentors and role models,” Starling Bank founder and CEO Anne Boden told The Memo. “There are a huge amount of talented women in finance, as we know at Starling. It’s time the wider industry saw this too.” The new pledges mean that today 122 firms – and almost half of all UK financial services staff – are helping to bringing about a revolution.
