Our recent FINTECH Circle Annual “Spring Drinks” 20023 event was a flamboyant affair held in partnership  Deloitte Legal at their HQ on the 13th April.

The Panel discussion was focused on “Exit-Planning in Turbulent Financial Times” and it was the perfect opportunity to learn from experienced professionals in the industry.

The panel discussion, moderated by Susanne Chishti, featured experts in the field, including: 

• Tobias Sproehnle, CFA, Co-Founder & CEO of Moorgate Benchmarks
• Neil Shah, Director & Tech Sector Specialist at the London Stock Exchange Group 
• Simran Khanna, CFA, Private Banker at Cit Private Bank
• Chris Hill, Partner of Deloitte Legal & Head of Fintech
• Angelina Kuznetsova – Partner FIG & Fintech & M&A Advisory at Deloitte with a keynote on the current fintech funding landscape.

As a fintech entrepreneur, you want to maximize the valuation when selling the business or listing it on a stock exchange, right?  That’s why it’s essential to strategically prepare for an exit, and our amazing panelists shared some tips and tricks to help.

Exit-planning is an essential aspect of any business, but it’s especially crucial for fintech startups.  Fintech is a highly competitive industry, and companies need to position themselves for success from the beginning.  The current financial environment is even more challenging, making it critical to plan and execute an exit strategy correctly.

But one of the most exciting aspect of the event was meeting our amazing FINTECH Circle members, in person as well as other new fintech entrepreneurs and investors.  It was inspiring to see so many like-minded individuals coming together to learn from each other and share their experiences. 

FINTECH Circles “VIP Spring Drinks” was a fantastic opportunity to learn from experienced professionals in the industry. By leveraging their expertise and tips, startups can position themselves for a successful exit and thrive in the fintech industry.
